+ Why E-Checks?...

The ONLY reason eChecks are safer than accepting debit/credit within the CBD industry is because of one simple reason: CBD is classified as a “high risk” product within the banking industry, and majority of banks have completely banned it from processing. Any company accepting payments has to have a processor/payment gateway that is “PCI” compliant in order to keep everyone “following the rules.” PCI Compliant means, The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is an information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card schemes.

For those of you that were with us in the beginning, you know that we had Debit/Credit support for the first couple months of being solely online.

We were using a “low risk” solution for payment processing (meaning: we were not supposed to be using it!) for our high risk processing.

Of course PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc. are what is known as a “low risk” processing solution. This means, according to their terms and conditions when using their platform, that you are absolutely not allowed to sell a high risk product on their platform(s).

+ What is CBD?...

CBD is an acronym for Cannabidiol (Can-a-bid-i-ol), a prominent naturally occurring class of molecules called cannabinoids found in the plant Cannabis Sativa L. CBD comprises up to 40% of the plant and is one of over 70 plus compounds found in the hemp plant. CBD and THC are the most abundant compounds present, and are therefore the most observed. CBD is the non- psychoactive component of the plant that possesses a wide range of benefits and does not cause a high, unlike THC. Our bodies are made up of an endocannabinoid system and use cannabinoids to maintain healthy cells.

+ How is our CBD manufactured?...

Our Hemp is grown and Harvested organically in Kentucky. At LetsLive we use solvent free CO2 extraction. In other words using the CO2 from the air we breath to extract the beneficial molecules.

+ What's the difference between Hemp & Marijuana?...

Scientifically, industrial Hemp and Marijuana are the same plant, with a genus and species name of Cannabis Sativa. They are dramatically different though (think of it as hemp and marijuana are cousins). Industrial Hemp is always a strain of Cannabis sativa, while marijuana can be Cannabis sativa, Cannabis indica, or Cannabis ruderalis. The major difference is how industrial hemp has been bred compared to a marijuana form of Cannabis sativa. Typically speaking, industrial hemp is very fibrous, with long strong stalks, and barely has any flowering buds, while a marijuana strain of Cannabis sativa will be smaller, bushier, and full of flowering buds. Majority of the time, marijuana has a higher amount of THC and only a very low amount of CBD. Hemp, on the other hand, naturally has a very high amount of CBD, and only a trace amount of THC. So, the cannabinoid profile of hemp is perfect for people looking for benefits from cannabis without the ‘high.’ Hemp has always been used for making herbal supplements, sails on a ship, food, rope, paper, bricks, oil, natural plastic, and much more. The term cannabis oil can be directed to either a marijuana or hemp derived oil, since marijuana and hemp are two different forms of cannabis.

+ Will I fail a drug test if I use CBD products?...

The hemp oil in our product contains CBD which is a LEGAL cannabinoid from hemp. Our isolate oil contains zero amounts of THC. LetsLive cannot guarantee that you will or will not pass a drug screen due to the amount of variables. Our full spectrum products contain less than .3% THC(.02% to be exact). Drug screens vary and some can be more sensitive than others. If you have to take a drug test, it is best to buy our cbd isolate oil.
